How do I divide the tasks in my team?

To start with, it’s certainly a good idea to divide the tasks in a team. As a team captain you wear many hats in preparations for the Roparun, and during the Roparun. Besides being an organiser, you are also a motivator, confidential advisor, crisis manager, team builder, personnel manager and of course the contact person for the Roparun organisation.

Check with each team member which tasks are preferred, and what someone is good at. Maybe there’s someone in the team who has a lot of running experience, or who has done all the catering at a football camp. That’s experience that helps to fulfil a role.
