Can my team also mention the ANBI status or CBF accreditation?
The Roparun Foundation is registered with the tax authorities as an Institution for General Benefit (ANBI). When a donation is made directly to the Roparun Foundation, for example via the donation module on the website (also stating a team number), this can still be regarded as a donation to an ANBI. If you collect donations through a private or company account, this is not the case. We therefore advise you to always donate directly to the foundation or to set up your own foundation as a team. More information about establishing a foundation can be found here.
The Roparun Foundation has received CBF accreditation from the Central Bureau for Fundraising (CBF) and has permission to use the CBF logo in its communications. Under no circumstances may participating teams use the CBF logo. The name Roparun and the charity may only be mentioned by the team when soliciting donations if the benefits are exclusively, entirely and fully for the benefit of the Roparun Foundation. Any finding of violation can lead to exclusion from participation.
