Today the entry for Roparun 2021 has officially opened. New and existing teams are more than welcome to sign up for the 30th edition of Roparun.
This special edition of the Roparun is planned for the Pentecost weekend, May 22-24th 2021. Although it’s hard to say now in what variation the event will take place with the COVID-19 measures, we did start planning. For this anniversary we have a few special events and things planned that we will share with everyone throughout the year.
On saturday May 22nd the teams will start in Paris and Bremen, with the Half Roparun starting on May 23rd from Almelo. All the teams will finish on whit monday, May 24th, in Rotterdam. Managing Director Wiljan Vloet: “Offcourse we’re looking into alternatives, knowing there’s a possibility the event can’t take place in the way we’re accustomed to. Because the preparations take a lot of time, for both volunteers and teams, we didn’t want to wait with opening the entry for 2021. Roparun is more than the event during the Pentecost weekend, it’s about raising money together for all the amazing charities the Roparun Foundation supports.
It’s possible to sign up through roparun.nl/meedoen.
