Today we had to make the tough decision to cancel the Roparun 2020. Because we’re a foundation focussed on the well-being of people, it’s our duty to put health and safety first. As a foundation we think it’s of the highest importance to take responsibility and to stop the spread of COVID-19 where possible.

The Roparun foundation will continue to support charities and organizations in palliative care for people with cancer. Director Wiljan Vloet: “We understand that it’s a big dissapointment for all people involved, but we’re giving it our all to come back with a beautiful event in 2021”

These measures affect our organization in the following ways:

• All events and meetings for teams, volunteers, arrivals or others have been cancelled till further notice.
• The Roparun office in Schiedam will not receive any visitors. Scheduled appointments will be cancelled and it’s not possible to rent or pick up any items. Lottery tickets can be shipped over; for this, please send us an email at info@roparun.nl
• Roparun employees will work from home as much as possible. This means that the office is harder to reach by phone. We ask you to submit your questions through our email address info@roparun.nl
